Market development: 1) According to the company's overall business plan, formulate the regional business plan, and achieve the annual business plan. 2) Study and implement the market new customer development and product planning direction. 3) Formulate and implement customer visits, collect and investigate market information. 4) Analyze and be familiar with the target market and competitors. 5) Formulate and implement marketing strategies in the region, and assist customers in formulating marketing plans. 2. Customer management: 1) Be proficient in customer information in charge of the market. 2) Manage the whole operation of important customers, and grasp the main customers and potential important customers. 3) Make rational use of marketing resources and control marketing expenses. 4) Reasonably control and effectively handle customers' inventory and accounts receivable, and control business risks. 5) Develop potential customers in the market and understand customer needs. 3. Coordination and cooperation: 1) Cooperate with R&D, product management and daily work of other departments. 2) Coordinate and cooperate with the docking of the production planning department. 3) Coordinate and promote other matters within the department. 4. Team building: 1) Organize the training of new employees and guide the actual work. 2) According to the sales budget, personnel characteristics and regional characteristics, post allocation is carried out. 3) If there are foreign teams in the region, timely evaluate and report the performance of foreign teams. Job Requirements: 1. Have the resources of major customers in supermarkets/furniture stores, and be familiar with the American market; 2. Strong business development ability and management ability.
